S'mores Cheesecake

Or, as I like to call it, A Little Slice of Delicious.

Actually, I'm not a huge fan of cheesecake. It is always so rich that I can only take a few bites -- and that's saying something, coming from me.

However...I do like s'mores. So when I saw this recipe I thought I'd give it a shot.

(Plus, it gave me an excuse to buy a springform pan!)

So now, without further aideu, I present...S'mores Cheesecake:

It has a graham cracker crust.

It has milk chocolate cheesecake.

It has marshmallow topping.

It has a very delicious taste.
