Swamp Mush

Using a recipe from the Tasty Kitchen, I recently made pork tacos. I put a pork tenderloin in the crock pot and cooked it in salsa verde and lime juice.


BD took one look at it and asked if we were having Swamp Mush for supper.

About an hour before we were going to serve it, I added some chopped cilantro and onion.


It took very little effort to shred the pork once it had cooked for 8 hours.


We made tacos with flour tortillas, pork/onions/cilantro, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream.


Swamp Mush Tacos are good!

I cook PW's recipes all the time, but I've never tried anything from the Tasty Kitchen. This looks so easy and good -- it is definitely on my list of meals to make next week!
